Regional Sales Manager

NoteVault provides an award winning voice-to-text based mobile reporting solution for the construction industry, and is looking for exceptional Regional Sales Managers to join our rapidly expanding dynamic team as we develop three different territories across the US -

  1. 1.     Western Region     -     States include (CA, OR, WA, NV, ID, UT, AZ, WY, MT);
  2. 2.     Southeast Region   -     States include (TX, OK, LA, AR, TN, MS, AL, FL, GA, SC, NC);
  3. 3.     Northeast Region    -     States include (MA, CT, ME, NH, VT, RI,, NY, PA, NJ, DE, VA, WV, KY,MI, KS, NE, SD, ND, MN, IA, IL, WI, MI, IN, OH)
Regional Sales Managers will reside in a major metropolitan area within their sales region.

The primary role of the NoteVault Regional Sales Manager is to develop and execute a plan that they and their area sales representatives will follow to successfully meet established goals. The qualified individual will use highly effective communication skills to develop relationships with current and potential customers; will have the ability to create and present customer-specific demonstrations in the use and promotion of the NoteVault products; and will build, manage, train and direct a strong sales force.

The ideal Regional Sales Manager candidates will have at least 10 years of solutions sales experience in the construction industry with emphasis on selling software; well-established relationships with construction industry contacts in their territory; and at least 5 years of management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • •    Establish key relationships with construction industry potential clients through daily and weekly visits, phone calls, emails, etc.
  • •    Develop a win/win with sales reps by providing solid coaching and sales strategies that build their sales abilities.
  • •    Understand the competition and their product lines, and use this information to create an alternative approach to selling NoteVault products, as well as provide suggestions for new products that will help the company expand and succeed.
  • •    Run effective, consultative, and persuasive meetings with high level customers to successfully represent the benefits of using our services.
  • •    Demonstrate our products and represent us at trade shows and other events.
  • •    Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.
  • •    Have a proven track record in sales.

NoteVault provides an award winning voice-to-text based mobile reporting solution for the construction industry, and is looking for exceptional Software Engineers to join our rapidly expanding dynamic team as we continue to improve and expand this technology.

The primary role of the NoteVault Software Engineer will be to perform code writing and technical testing with an integrated team of software engineers. This position will also be required to provide client Help Desk support offering a higher level of product knowledge. The qualified Software Engineer will drive the testing process through development and execution of test scenarios, as well as regression testing of proprietary software and other custom software for our third party web service integration. There will also be a need to communicate issue tracking through reports, as well as communicate status of testing coverage for all software products developed. Excellent communication skills will enable this position to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction, by offering problem resolutions through answering calls and e-mails for all software products supported.

The ideal Software Engineer candidates will have a BS in CS and at least 3 years of programming experience, working knowledge of LAMP Stacks, Amazon Cloud infrastructure, HTML, JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery), CSS, and voice based web services (SIP, VOIP, voiceXml, Tropo, Twilo, AT&T Call Management etc.) They will also be well versed in PHP, MySQL and scripting languages. The successful Software Engineer will combine a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and perform the following -

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • •    Manage dedicated servers and cloud base servers (amazon aws), improve server performance and optimize server to handle peek time traffic.
  • •    Build server in dedicated system and cloud base and deploy application services.
  • •    Maintain, improve, and re-write existing code.
  • •    Integrate NoteVault application with third party tools and web services.
  • •    Troubleshoot NoteVault web application, mobile app and network systems including telephone and other VOIP systems that are utilized by NoteVault Services.
  • •    Write RESTful APIs used for internal and external consumption.
Additional Skills and Training:

  • •    Python, Shell, Ruby (a plus)

  • •    Experience working with the MVC design pattern and source control (CSV, SVN, Git)

We are currently recruiting a Work at Home Transcriptionist to join our US division.

Tasks:

  • •    Transcribe construction reports such as manpower detail, daily activities log, punch lists, and weather reports.
  • •    Ensure the correct spelling of names, construction terms and other words, using correct punctuation and grammar in the transcribed reports and making necessary corrections without changing the sentence meaning.
  • •    Detects any discrepancies in dictation and informs supervisor for corrections.
  • •    Demonstrate the ability to use designated reference materials.
  • •    Demonstrate the ability to understand diverse accents and dialects and varying dictation styles.

The primary role of the NoteVault Marketing Manager will be to develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet our organizational objectives. With an aggressive growth plan, the Marketing Manager will work closely with both the sales and product management teams to conduct customer and industry research, evaluate market conditions and competitor data, and implement marketing plans as needed. This position will also be responsible for the implementation of marketing, advertising and promotional activities to facilitate market expansion. The ideal Marketing Manager candidates will have a BA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field, and minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing department; or equivalent.
